That statement in and of itself is priceless coming from the likes of MAGA and their Orange Yam Dictator....

    Total Nonsense. Video shows otherwise.
Noem doesn't know who he is? That's BS. She could/should have stopped his removal once he identified himself. Not the best move on his part, probably out of frustration, but security tactics. comes across as gestapo like. Just what maga wants.

If this is ok, then next time Marjorie Taylor green or the like start yelling at a Dem news conference, they should expect similar?? Come on, you would be outraged and rightly so.

It’s definitely an interesting idea that a senator needs a press pass. He should start a podcast and get added.

I understand, its just pedantic because most people see a person cuffed associate it with being arrested.

Cool. I changed the thread title before it was edited to "Unhinged Senator storms press conference inciting violence"

    Fixed it for you.
He wasn’t arrested. He barged walked into the room and didn’t identify immdiately identified himself as a senator and started yelling embarrassing questions. Was removed…typical unhinged democrat senator response of a federal agency under the authoritarian norms of the Trump Administration.

Look at the video. Clearly shows him on the ground being handcuffed outside the room. You're only seeing what u want to see it seems.

We won, you lost. Senator Padilla, at least I know how to spell senator, and all democrat politicians plus far leftists have lost their minds. You taking exception is the perfect example.

I'd like to see you produce the evidence that MTG or any republican went to a democrat presser and pulled this bullshit. I'll wait, but won't hold my breath.

I’m seeing what’s in the video…issue here is there are multiple versions of the video from different sources which gives a different perspective. So after looking at all the videos, the first one shows him identifying himself at the beginning but a different video shows him identifying himself after he’s already being pushed back. I did see in another video that he is being handcuffed on the ground but hasn’t charged with anything and gave a press conference after he met privately with Noemi

Predictable seeing all the .maga fanboys out in full force supporting the takedown and handcuffing of a Dem US Senator. Wonder what Padilla's R colleagues in the Senate will say.

Sad times in this country. This is exactly how third world governments operate.

I never said he was charged with anything, just forcibly removed, taken to the ground and handcuffed. Actually, I think it was a bad look on both sides. And a situation that Kristi Noem could have taken the high road and prevented.

Hopefully, someone steps up to deescalate the situation but I won't hold my breath. I think this is exactly the type of confrontation that maga wants. Reading some comments in this thread just reinforces that opinion.

You didn't complain when the US operated without a president for the last 2 years passing and allowing all leftist junk. The sane people of the US are tired of leftist politicians who think they can do anything they want anytime they want while ignoring the majority will of the people.

Just because you can handle a situation one way, doesn't mean it was the right way and that there weren't other options. Republicans are governing like they're going to be in power forever and that's just not going to be the case.

Your side can stop fomenting insurrection as a first step as they lost the last election. That would be a good start.

Disagree. The democrat party is burning down. Rising out of the ashes will be the democratic communist party. Sad, but true, the US is going to be a heavy one-party system until the far left is driven out of the democratic party. The people of the US do not want what the democrats are offering for a globalist/communist future.
