He wasn’t arrested. He barged into the room and didn’t identify himself as a senator and started yelling questions. Was removed…typical unhinged democrat senator

Hard to believe that in a news conference in LA they would not know the states senior senator. Of course it's Kristi Noem, so either lying or just incompetent.

 

That's pretty pedantic. They didnt Mirandize him and take him downtown ... he was just forcefully placed in cuffs by agents of the state. NO ARREST!

He might be a Senator, but he wasn't on the floor of the Senate, so at that point he's just a normal citizen. He was at a press conference, but isn't a member of the press. Let's see what would happen if a Republican Senator tried this while AOC was giving a press conference.

Also telling, the Democrats are way more passionate in protecting their precious illegal immigrant "constituents' than they have ever been towards American citizens (particularly women) that have been raped and murdered by these illegals largely let in by Joe Biden. It's disgusting, but by design.
