Yep. Dropped right in between 3 hog defenders and would have clinched the title. How they were not fighting themselves for the ball and let that ball drop to the ground with nobody making a play on the ball is beyond me…

Auburn seems to not have many sticks. Coastal throws 60 to 70% curveball and And very predictable and Auburn cannot seem to hit it.

AU Didnt play great, but just beat by better arms. How this game usually works. Great , unexpected season w/ all the new faces. Keep them out of portal & next couple years should be similar

AU was 3rd BA in sec.. Good arms beat good bats. I wasnt sure if CC pitching stats were as advertised due to sun belt. But they were legit, and deep, not just the starters. AU lost the series at 2:30 this morning.. got to win that one .

 

Hogs beat Vols 4-3 to go up 1-0. Coastal bounced AU in two games.

 

Coastal is the best team in SC and has been since 2016 when they won it all.. Would not surprise me, if they win it all this year.

 

Other than struggling a bit vs LHP I didnt see many flaws. Still surprised how deep their arms are. How are they keeping these guys out of the portal?

Disagree. I'm a lifelong Gator fan, but can't stand the SEC. They have pretty much bombed in the NCAA tournament this year; 8 Regional hosts, no non hosts broke through to win a Regional, only 4 made the Supers and at most only 2 will make it to Omaha.
