An injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere. Please post some cases of Americans not getting their due process, please. Especially ones where organizations line the ACLU have been silent about.
Absolutely. It's much better than sending someone to a foreign prison without giving them a trial. That's counter to our Constitution.
What sickens me is Saint Kilmar not only is an illegal alien, he's a illegal & child transporter, and he is a wife beater and possible child abuser. His wife testified in court that he slapped her multiple times on multiple occasions, shook her and ripped her clothes, . ..... I have been married 52 years and not once in 52 years have I slapped, punched, or shook my wife. I do have to fess up though, when it comes to tearing off her clothes I have to plead guilty on that a time or two.
My wife qualifies as a “Daughter of the American Revolution” and my sons are 7th generation Floridians so how I would feel about them being deported isn’t really germane to any discussion about an illegal alien who’s alleged to have committed other crimes being deported.

Sure it is. You clearly expect the protections which are explicitly designated in the Constitution. But you expect those same explicit protections to not apply to other people. Sorry, but you don't get to pick and choose when the Constitution applies. So how would you feel if your family were denied the explicit protections of the Constitution, just because that was desired by .... Donald J. Trump?
