I hope we don't do "well" in rankings so that wr are in the range like Georgia and Bama who have recruited and retained well out of high school. The turnover of portals outgoing are now mostly being filled with high school recruiting except in the case of incoming portals to fill big needs, where the transfer in should be high upside or immediate starter.
You basically miss on over 50 percent of your recruiting class from a starter perspective. You need to weed out kids and have them enter the portal to retool or reseed the team. Need to get rid of the bottom dwellers each year
