Lol ..you went on one of the busiest weekends of the year. But you act like it is in the middle of nowhere. There are 400k people in metro MB.

Also, have you ever seen the turf in the Swamp? We get complaints all the time.

But regardless, the field conditions were bad because this area (i'm an hour plus north in Wilmington). got absolutely crushed with rain this past week.

My son hasn't played a game in almost 10 days due to field conditions up here.

If you are comparing their facilities to Gainesville, of course they wont measure up. But they are much nicer than most schools their size and even many bigger ones.

 

Not a good look for Sully for sure but I doubt the ECU players were as innocent in that encounter as they suggest. Nonetheless, if true, he has to know better than to get to that level. You would think one of the coaches or Buddy would step in and get him out of there before it got that bad.

Seems our AD was none too happy about Sully's actions and made that clear. But who hasn't gone off the deep end now and then. With a bad season and two blow out losses while not hosting hopefully next season will be a whole lot better.

 

What i could make out it was about 5 minutes of various forms of the F word. I was embarrassed for him mainly because he reminded me of me when i flip out and hate myself afterwards.

He made a mistake and he was man enough to rectify it by apologizing for his ill conceived statements under pressure yesterday

 

In Sully we trust. If the man saw enough reason to blow up like that, I stand with him.

Yes for some sadistic reason, that word comes through clearer than any other.

 

Sully had a conversation with an official right outside of his dugout. Yes, people could see that we’re there and film, but Sully’s intent was not to have this message thrown across the Internet like this clown holding a press conference, intentionally speaking to the world knowingly so.

I know Sully, And yeah, he can be hot tempered, But if I were a guessing man, the college of Charleston player who relayed his side of the events, probably didn’t exactly relay the context or tone with which he made those comments to Sully.

 

Kudos to Sully for doing the right thing and apologizing. I have no problem with Scott calling him out on it. It wasn’t a good look and a bad reflection on the program. Sully & the university are better than that.

Frustration over a season that started with such promise (whether realistic or not) and then crashed and burned multiple times. Needs to be self evaluation of all components of coaching staff as well as talent or lack of talent at all positions. Now-a-days, the axiom is “No Bucks, No Buck Roger’s”!! Maybe our NIL for baseball needs an upgrade to bring in better talent.

 

I don't know the details of what happened but I went to four different sites for game time and TV channels and got four different stories Sunday morning with different times and places to watch the game. The NCAA site had us playing Coastal. LOL.

I was dropping f-bombs in my kitchen wondering if I could even watch the game and when it would be.

It was a cluster and if we didn't know and ECU did I would be livid as the UF coach.
