The irony is that he should be attending classes on the Constitution since he clearly doesn't understand it and if he does he has decided that he can ignore it since Republicans in Congress won't hold him accountable.

The real question is if an answer of "I will strive to implement all Executive Orders signed by the President, regardless of who is President, but my ultimate commitment is to the US Constitution" is disqualifying.
