Jake Tapper Draws Liberal Outrage Over New Biden Book

Democrats should blackball Biden's inner circle from being involved in party politics moving forward.

 

Can Jake Tapper be considered a reliable source for accurate information? He's just a journalist and TV personality .... which demands a healthy degree of skepticism of anything he would say or write.

 

I stopped watching live news for the entire time Biden was president, so I missed all of his obvious mishaps (live) in the news. I had to see him and his actions afterward in various links. But it was painfully obvious that he had intermittent moments of lucidity mixed in with several bouts of utter confusion. He was clearly struggling in many ways.

And now Tapper comes out with a book that hides the fact that he himself denied the reality of Biden's mental decline. Tapper's book is a self-serving narrative that belies his part in propping Biden up as seemingly competent all the while knowing the exact opposite was true.

 

I also saw the segment of the Tapper interview with Lara Trump... where he dismissed her accusation that Biden was in an obvious cognitive decline. Tapper used the excuse that she used a medical term and that she was not qualified to make that judgment to discontinue the interview... Tapper knew the truth even back then.... he's a fraud.

 

I'm about three chapters in. One of the things that is covered is about how the Biden family lied about Beau's medical condition when he was AG of Delaware and was diagnosed with brain cancer.

Look. Tapper is smart. He knows the easiest people to wrangle money from are the right wing confirmation bias masses. Once he left CNN he shifted to courting the right as a sympathetic left winger. He will be handsomely rewarded just like Tulsi was.

 

Tapper has not left CNN. And Thompson just won the White House Correspondents journalist of the year award.

 

Correction noted. I was smerging Tapper who is on that path with Cuomo who has blazed that path. Thanks for the gentle correction. My bad.

 

So the cnn guy is suddenly credible in maga world?

 

Tapper is getting labelled a money grabber on the Right since he ignored this topic on his show for four years and then was happy to write a book about it once it became obvious.

Waiting to see if Tapper does some self reflection in the book about how he missed it.

 

Now that’s funny ….. Tapper questioning the qualifications of another person.

 

There should be a reckoning within the Democratic party and also the media on this. People need to admit the problem in order to prevent a similar such scenario moving forward.

 

Less credible than a dead clock.

 

Just like with RR and all the folks complaining that Nancy was running the Government.

Solution, don’t vote for geezers.

 

Jill Biden is the real villain here. She was the one person who should have told her husband not to run again, that he had done his job, which was to get Donald Trump out of the White House. But who knows, maybe she tried and Joe cussed her out for insulting him. In any case, Joe got Trump out of the White House, and then let him right back in. There should have been a Democratic primary, instead of having to go with Harris. The voters preferred a mentally ill criminal rather than a woman who laughs a lot.

 

Interesting. I agree, this book would’ve been more impactful 1.5 years ago, although tapper would have been attacked for it.

Not rhetorical but who should have intervened, and when? Even after the debate and broad calls to step down, Biden resisted. And after it was obvious, some on the right still called it a “coup” (Trump). Just imagine if it wasn’t as obvious and Biden fought it.

I mostly blame the DNC for not pushing a real primary & debates. But are there ever debates with an incumbent? And blame maybe Jill. she might’ve been the only one able to talk him out of a second run.
