Standard treatment, no. But IMHO it should be if you have HPV, urinary symptoms, PSA elevation or Prostatitis. All of which can increase chances of cancer. Most men have had one or more of those by age 45.

The Democrats are politicizing it. Thousands of people on X saying Don Jr is a dumba$$ for thinking Jill was a MD. Everyone knows she is not an MD. We also know she prefers to be addressed as "Dr Jill Biden." It seems highly likely that Dr Jill knew Joe had aggressive prostate cancer and covered it up. Is that topic off-limits? What if we found out Don Sr had a serious medical issue that was covered up on 2024? The Dems just want something to yammer about imo. Could it be that Trump Jr was doing a bit of trolling and mocking Mrs Biden for insisting she be addressed as Dr Jill? Sure. But spare me the moral outrage. A sizeable percentage of Democrats is Trump had been assassinated
I would think the President of the United States would get a full-body MRI twice a year. My understanding is that these MRIs are expensive but life-saving. He did say he had cancer 2 years ago:

Just got back from my every 6 months Urologist appointment- I asked him about the type of cancer Biden has and he said he does not believe they just found it. He told me as advanced as it is he thinks they were trying to treat it without surgery- which he says there are some places like John Hopkins that are having some success with nonsurgical use of Ivermectin and another drug that the name escapes me. He says he does not think Biden will last 6 months and they could not do surgery due to his dementia > Purely anecdotal, but an interesting conversation
HPV can be asymptomatic and over 80% of US adults will contract it without a vaccine. Count yourself lucky, prostate issues are the definition of miserable.
So much wrong with this post but I’ll highlight the parts I included above. 1) I’ve only seen Jill Biden push back once attacked for using the title she EARNED. So Biden’s wife of most 50 years and mother of his child risked his life over his job? You really believe that? And you are convinced so much that it’s “highly likely!” I’ll play. He dropped out of the presidential race July 2024. She must have “covered it up” for almost the last year 6/24 - 5/25, although she must have known sooner than 6/24. If she was “covering it up” for political purposes, why wait until May 2025 to acknowledge and start treatment? Your supposition is folly and to attack people facing the most important and worst journey of their lives (I know) is heartless. Try empathy and compassion.

1) Did * attack anyone? No, I found a possible cure for old Joe, i.e., a way to possibly slow his cancer down. 2). By "coverup" I just mean that with the level of medical care Biden received as president it seems very likely that it was known that he had prostate cancer and people kept quiet about it. 3) Do I respect Jill's Ed.D.? Not really. 4) If Trump has cancer I think a large percentage of Democrats would wish he had a quick and painful death
I had the scan and the insert it up your johnson to look at your prostrate- I also had an ultrasound here they insert the probe up the butt to check your prstrate from that angle- neither are fun
Blood test, ask your Dr. My wife insisted I get mine checked a few years ago with my regular checkup. I brought it up toward the end of the visit. My Dr. chuckled and told me that he would schedule a blood test, that the digital exam was not nearly as accurate and he didn't do it that way anymore.
