Napier did it all in no time last year. We dont know if our boosters held up tge bags until we beat lsu and ol miss or if its just the way they want to conduct business. There was a good class to be had at the end of last year and it was pulled together quickly. Paying 25 guys for a half a year to flip flop wouldnt sit right with me either. If we had a lock tight contract, id lock em up but i like not doing so if this is the way. We arent paying for a top 5 class regardless so we can and will be outbid for certain players.
I’m not crazy about the fact we have 0 top 100 recruits and I don’t see us on the 247 list at all. It’s pretty discouraging no matter how you slice it.
Too many skies fell last year and we were fine if we just want to fight for a pkayoff spot. We got some elite players.
I remember though last year we were on hanks, Wilson and vb3s lists prior to signing day. I don’t see that this year at all. Hopefully some materialize in the next few weeks.
But the yankees have still lost more world seies than any other team has even been to. My padres have still never won and neither have the Rays.
Well FWIW, the Padres and Rays combine for 86 years between them, whereas the Yankees have been at it for over 120 years.
St. Louis had a tornado go through down town about 2:30 today. Luckily, they were not playing at home today.
