    I was at the baseball game this year there . They were great ! Tailgate was fun . The only time I’ve been to a tailgate in baseball in Gainesville is when I did it. Surprisingly our fans don’t get into it .. ok I’m done .. no more about this

    2nd straight Final 4. Great coaching job by Amanda O'Leary. They will break through eventually. Will this be the year?

    Boston College has played in 7 straight championship games (winning in '21 and '24)
    Northwestern has the most titles since 2000 (8)
    North Carolina has 3 titles, all since 2013

    The Gators played about as well as they could play the 1st half against Duke. Up 9-2 at halftime. They scored 2 more goals early in the 3rd and were ahead 11-2 with 9:30 left in the 3rd and then didn't score again. 24 1/2 minutes without a goal down the stretch and still won. Incredible, but they're going to have to play like they did the first half for the entire game to have a chance to beat North Carolina. Way too many penalties, especially the 2nd half, which gave Duke a lot of Power Play minutes. the defense did a great job killing those power plays, but it kept them from being able to get in the flow of their offense. Considering they only returned 4 starters from last season and lost 76% of their scoring offense, this team has gelled really well. Great coaching job to get this far.
    So it's on to Foxboro, Mass to play #1 and undefeated North Carolina next Friday at 3 pm. Go Gators!!!
