Shout out to Ricky Castillo. He's a rookie on the PGA tour this year. Demonstrated great skills in a top ten finish this week (tied for 5th at -17 with 8 others) in the Byron Nelson Tournament in Texas. Saturday he played with Scottie and did very well. I believe he will have a great future on the PGA tour.

Another trophy for the case?


Hmm, can we decide which trophies are worthy and which need to be placed in another location? I mean, building trophy cases that can handle ALL of the trophies is getting kind of costly.


Maybe we can let the "National Tiddlywinks Champions 2020" trophy go somewhere else. I mean, we aren't as rich as Stanford.


Or we aren't as desperate as our other Florida brethren to the northwest or south...

 

I’d love to play it some day before it is gone or I’m too old to play.

 

I cannot imagine that the old Donald Ross golf course would ever be torn down even if a new facility was built.

 

Have you seen the pictures of what Campus used to look like? At one time it was much more beautiful than it is now. They tore down a bldg (original UF radio station) that was on the National Register of Historic structures list to build this ugly monstrosity:

 

Understand your point. That stated, the original golf course was built in 1923. Not certain what you consider sacred riding the time machine...
