With Todd talking about Haugh at the 3, and all the discussion here about that...who would be a comparable to Tommy at the 3?

He'll be backed up by a guard. Ingram is the only three and he won't be ready for SEC minutes for another year.

The staff compared him to Parsons. Similar size, good vision, plus rebounder, finishes at a high level. Don’t think he is anywhere near as good on the ball or as athletic. Took Parsons a while to get his shot down and to become a point forward, though I don’t think the staff envisions that necessarily.

Hmm. Parsons. Excellent player and a good comparable. I think they have the same height, but Parsons probably had a little more length in the arms.
Haugh has a motor stuck in 5th gear with no clutch though. That's his super power. Parsons needed to get elbowed in the face to get his motor into 5th gear. When that happened, he would dominate the game for the next 6 or 7 minutes.

I have seen exactly zero minutes of CJ Ingram playing. That said, from what I see from multiple sources online (so it must be accurate) is that he will be ready from the start and will be in the rotation. Lloyd possibly as well.

Heard that too Planet. Hear both of these kids have serious game. Highly ranked. I am very eager to see what they bring. Could even be overlooked a bit.

My guess from having watched them both play a little is that CJ is currently overrated and Alex is underrated. CJ shot 18% from the high school three-point line. That’s not good for a small forward. He also had trouble scoring at the rim against the better teams that Montverde played. All of that being said, the kid is a team player, he’s got a good body, he can defend. So, I don’t see any reason why he cannot develop into a solid player. Let’s hope, the Condon comes back so that Tommy Haugh can start at the three. If not, it seems to me that we have a glaring weakness at the three.
