Taylor is really bad at hitting singles. Extra bases, doubles, rbis, hrs, speed on the bases, good outfielder, nice arm. All well and good but she sucks at hitting singles. Definitely needs a benching.

 

She only has one triple too. Someone should tell her to stop hitting it over the fence, and to focus on the corners. Triples are the key to success.

 

I forgot. She’s horrible at triples also. What was CTW thinking when he recruited her? Probably something like OMG, can’t believe she’s rated so low, we’re going after her! Lol

 

Giving up? Well, they were just bored with ten win seasons and a losing record vs FSU.

 

B ..always has the pulse of people. We just don’t know where those people are.

Where in Ohio? I was born in Logan, between Columbus & Athens. My family on both sides goes back over 200 years in that area. We moved to Florida in 1959. Lots of Buckeyes in my family.

I recall a certain all-time great named Skyler or something like that had a bad stretch. CTW kept playing her and she did all right.

 

IMO, Taylor could rewrite the record books before she is done. You don't bench that.

 

Personally, I think this thread should be removed by a mod. Taylor Shumaker has had a tremendous freshman year.
