A mandate? Hardly. Less than 50% of the vote and only beat his challenger by 1.5%. Even if he had a mandate since when does that apply to monopolistic positions like the Librarian of Congress, Fed Chair, etc?

 

If being elected president implies a mandate, I assume you will be supporting the next president undoing all of Trump’s work?
