What a great series win, after taking 2 of 3 from Arky, sweeping SC and now 2 of 3 against TX on the road, UF is making some noise!

Be very cool to take 2 of 3 against Bama and finish at .500 in the SEC! After starting 1 and 11? Are you kidding me? What kind of vitamins is Sully giving these kids!

Just a remarkable turnaround. Congrats staff and team!

 

Essentially just remind yourself on every pitch that the ump behind the plate is vision impaired. LOL

 

Folks the last time I checked it still said FLORIDA across the jersey for people to deal with! Pretty expensive laundry for teams to deal with

 

Great series win. I dont know how it works but they sure deserve consideration to host a regional if they take the next series against Bama or make a serious run in the SEC tournament

I don't read the game thread during the game and rarely post during the game.

King was OUTSTANDING. Pitching to the edges of the strike zone with Head behind the plate is a big risk but it paid off for him. And he threw some ++ splitters. He should mix a few more in when way ahead in the count.

Too many Gator bats repeatedly swinging at pitches outside and in the dirt. A problem all season long. But if you have a starter throwing 7 innings of shutout ball you don't need to score 8.

Texas kind of kicked the ball around some but only had one error and that was on kind of a tough play where the pitcher needed to field the ball cleanly and start the tag all in one motion. And I guess you can't call an error if the fielder doesn't touch the ball but the Longhorn CF totally misplayed Boser's double by turning the wrong way. Tell that guy to stick to football.

 

May and June means the Gator boys are hot. Lets keep it going.
