Nope. It appears that they asked him to leave and that he did (given that they arrested him from the public area).

Oh so it is legal to trespass as long as you leave when they ask you to.......I'm not sure that is how it happened but even if it is he was in the wrong trespassing in the first place.

You voted for a convicted felon who says he doesn't know if he needs to uphold the constitution.

That is not how it happened. He was trespassing and refused to leave after being asked a number of times. Then when they were fed up they decided to arrest him at which time he left and was arrested in the public area. Guess he thought he could do whatever he wants and then erase it all by leaving.

Actually, often, yes. Without an explicit prior directive not to enter the property, it likely isn't trespassing. That is why you can't have a person arrested for accidentally knocking on your door unless they refuse to leave your property.

They were admitting a group of people from his group. He came with the group. When asked to leave, it appears that he did (although the government is claiming otherwise, the fact that he was arrested from a public area seems to be evidence that he did).

So companies operating federal leased facilities don’t have to follow permitting and safety inspections of their locations? Is that your argument?

I think maybe we should wait and see what the official outcome to that question is.....According to ICE reps they have permits and inspections for the plumbing and electrical upgrades....I know according to the left media they say different but I don't think any of us know for sure......What we do know is the mayor himself & the congressmen had no right to push their way in. You go through proper channels.

Was the mayor trying to overturn election results illegally? No. Thanks for playing.

That's what I want to see too. What was the actual reasoning? Lots of bluster on both sides. They were outside the facility when arrested. Seems to me they did it to prove a point and it will get dismissed. Just a hunch.
