With the Florida Gators moving on from the notable recruitment of USC’s Desmond Claude, Todd Golden and his staff will continue to look for a star to pair with Princeton transfer Xaivian Lee in the backcourt. Florida has a starting spot next to proven talent along with a considerable NIL package to offer prospective players which should make for an enticing pitch, and for that reason they should have a fighting chance with whatever player they choose to pursue.

We have 2 big men who are at the Draft combine who may or may not come back.
I'm ok waiting to take another guard after our bigs are sorted.

As of today, it's still 13 scholarships? The judge rejected the proposal for scholarship and roster limits.

We haven’t targeted any bigs. That’s a pretty good sign on Condon and Chinyelu.

FYI, the judge overseeing the settlement objected to specifics such as limiting the football team roster size to 105, which would result in many walk-ons being thrown off the team. The current max of 120 would have been reduced by 15. The judge felt that this was unfair to the players.

Rueben was invited to the G League Elite camp, which gets a lot of eyes on the players too, and can still result in a combine invite or at least meaningful feedback. He hasn't announced any decision yet
