Pure curiosity on my part but why ucla over Oregon? One for sure, definitely not both. Personally I’d pick Oregon.

Because SC is legit! SEC COTY right there. Of course they’ll give it to gasso lol.

 

When it comes to RPI top 25 wins UCLA has 8 and oregon only has 6 which is the lowest amount of wins of any teams hosting a regional or even on the hosting bubble (along with duke). Their rpi is also 16 compared to 5 for UCLA. Oregon SOS is 65 compared to 17 for UCLA. Oregon also has a couple loses outside the top 100 RPI, UCLA does not. So everything points to UCLA, I think the metrics favor UCLA as of now especially if Oregon loses their 1st game in the big10 tourney which they are currently losing 2-0 to michigan.

 

Sounds legit. It’s possible I’ve got a deep seated dislike towards ucla. Seeded dislike.

 

Texas was able to do what Gators could not - beat Ole Miss.

 

MEH, Gators beat ole Miss 2 out of 3 in Oxford during the regular season. Time to move on.
