    Bummer. Not great.

Yeah, back 20 years ago, 'a gun and felony possession' was automatic 15 years in da schlammer, in Fla.

I always thought this kid was smarter. When you have opportunities like these kids have to really change your life for the better, this kind of stuff can really ruin your life. Big time.

I did dumb ass stuff, too. But, whelp, this is really dumb-azz stuff.

For his sake, it better not be felony.

Why would I enjoy seeing young men getting in trouble with the law? Unlike the folks who gloat and crack jokes when UGA, FSU, Miami etc players get arrested, I hate seeing young men getting caught up in legal situations like this, regardless of what team they play for.

    Stop was BS
But arguing and refusing to leave the vehicle didn't help.

Synthetic weed is evidently a felony?

Hate it for him and the team. Napier must be quite disappointed. Young man looked to be a probable starter and his NIL package I imagine was a nice amount.

Instead of walking into BHG to the roar of the crowd he may be in danger of incarceration.

Hopefully he learns something about making better choices.

He did enough to get arrested. Thankfully it’s nothing super serious, and he can move on.

I’ve smoked a lot of weed in my life and I wouldn’t go near synthetic marijuana

If he catches a felony with a gun, it doesnt get much more serious unless youre trying to get locked up long term.

I unknowingly smoked it once many years ago and could tell instantly it was some chemical crap. Its right there with sniffing glue.

Do they still sell that crap at all the head shops and ghetto gas stations? Surely it wouldn’t be worth the effort to smuggle it into the state so where would it even come from?

That's Delta-8 THC, which is legal everywhere, including Florida and poorly regulated, as apposed to Delta-9 which is much more enjoyable and legal for adults in half the US states. Don't know anything about synthetics or why people would use them since concentrates, wax, oil, distillate, etc. are already legal outside of the prohibition belt. As far as smuggling any form of weed into Florida, I do it on every trip down there. TSA in Illinois has no interest in weed unless they want to steal it.

They used to sell the synthetic k2 and spice stuff in the gas stations and head shops. If it’s not available in FL anymore, I’m saying I don’t see why it would be worth the effort to smuggle it, when the real thing, or delta products are available everywhere.

Also probably not too smart to advertise trafficking any drug through airports and across state lines…. Yes, people bring it everywhere, even on cruises. It’s still a federal offense and you could get in serious trouble if someone felt like messing with you. I wouldn’t risk it simply because I wouldn’t want my vacation ruined for something so stupid.
