another example of why democrats are struggling...they're hanging their hats on this person. And now they're trying to change the messaging to say that they dont actually care about the person, just the process...wonder if they'll continue to use taxpayer funding to go visit him in jail.

I've looked. Can't find it. Can you please help by citing the case and appropriate part of the ruling?

Oh no... adhering to the rule of the law. The horror... at least to Maga.

Ju Toy deals with the right to confer citizenship status. It has nothing to do with the Alien Enemies Act. Ju Toy states the Executive can decide citizenship as long as there is no abuse.

Abrego Garcia's citizenship is not in question. He also entered the US as unaccompanied minor. This means he was due a hearing, which he received in 2019, where he won legal, protected status. How does Ju Toy fit in his case?

Furthermore, the most recent ruling in Texas states the Alien Enemies Act can not be used to deport anyone and everyone. Because the AEA specifically deals with invading military troops. Which does not cover gang members.

Yes, I don't think they ran for president.

Again though, to answer your question for a second time; libs don't support the (adjudicated sexual assaulter) wife beater that you cast a presidential vote for.

How's that feel, by the way? Nice?

When do convictions in the court of public opinion carry weight? I guess it does with MAGA? Back in the country where people are supposed to get Constitutional guaranteed due process, the court of public opinion shouldn't carry any weight.
