Oh come on he is just a sweet Maryland man and father. All these stories have been known for a long time, I mentioned them here on April 1 but those leftist who are always on top of everything have informed us that Garcia's wife was lying and is now all of a sudden telling the truth. Ignorant MAGA cultists need to quit believing what has been in police reports for years and believe what too hot libs tell them.

You guys keep missing the point. You could find evidence now that he was eating babies as part of some satanic ritual and it doesn't change the fact that none of this was even presented (let alone proven) prior to deporting him to a life sentence in prison. It's not about the man because he is far from the only one, it's about the process.

Think about it in terms our justice system for citizens. Without due process, EVERY SINGLE PERSON who was EVER found to be not guilty through trial would have otherwise gone to jail for what they were accused of. That's what we're fighting against here.

Please explain how this thug should be treated as a citizen? You go to most any foreign country and do the things Garcia has and see if you don't do a long jail term. I have a sister in law who was hit by an illegal who ran a red light and had no drivers license. He was let go. That was over 10 years ago, as far as she knows he is still running around in this country.

And I bet you'd be pretty upset if you went to a foreign country, maybe you did something wrong or maybe you didn't, but either way you didn't get a chance to defend yourself before they put you in prison for life without a chance to ever contact anyone again right?

That's a very possible outcome if we don't at minimum require the government to prove their claims and allow someone a chance to defend themselves. People are being sent to that prison in El Salvador based on their tattoos alone and it sure seems that the people deciding what is and isn't a gang tattoo don't have any clue. Citizen or not, we're not talking about simply deporting people - we're talking about sentencing them to die in prison.

Nope every time I have ever gone to another country I crossed the border legally. I will admit I have broken a law or two in a foreign country but nothing like beating a wife or transporting other illegals or driving on a suspended license and crossing the border illegally is a whole nother ball game.

Show me where in the Constitution due process is based on immigration status? And explain why anyone under US jurisdiction should be denied it?

This is what is happening to Abrego Garcia. He has no criminal record. And never received the chance to defend himself before being sent away for life to a maximum security prison. Guilty or not, the Executive branch does not have the right to play judge, jury, and executioner. Because once once person loses due process, anyone can be targeted for the same.

So are you guys serious about protecting the million or so people who have deportation orders against them and are still walking around the USA?

I'm sorry but, if you come into this country illegally you need to be removed.

What departation order did Abrego Garcia have? None. He did have an order of protection to stay in the US from his original 2019 hearing.

If someone has an actual deportation order received after a hearing satisfying due process, then yes, legally that person can be deported. But that's not what happened here. AG had no deportation order, had legal standing to stay in the US, and still got taken by ICE, thrown into a maximum security prison in a foreign country, and never had the chance to defend himself.

The funny part is MAGA keeps bringing up him being in a gang or if he had a restraining order. They're missing the forest for the trees

LMAO no the funny part is that I pointed out all these facts that are just now being released over a month ago and you guys just ignored it and continued to call Garcia a "Maryland Father" lol. As a matter of fact you personally questioned what I knew in a very stupid post considering you didn't have a clue what you were talking about when you called me out.
LOL what were you saying was "true", the fact that he was a fine young Maryland Father? Ha ha ha ha LOL.

It's still pretty funny you guys called Karoline Leavitt a liar when I first posted that. I had seen other reports verifying exactly what she was saying but did not post at the time because I couldn't verify the reports, they are now public.

they were not as a general rule going around rounding up established immigrants with a history here, or were here under some sort of legal status. Nor were they being shipped to an offsite gulag in El Salvador.

Those deported were usually ones recently apprehended at the border. And for the record many open border type liberals (which does not include me) did bitch about these.

If you guys keep advocating for presidents openly defying the Supreme Court, there won’t be another 100 elections.
