Again, who needs actual courts and actual rulings when you have Dear Leader and his Court of Public Opinion. Who needs more to declare someone guilty?

So you get it. Now watch the clip and tell me if Trump understands that the "MS13" was an interpretation superimposed on the image and not actually tattooed on his knuckles.

And because Donald Trump, his appointees and the right-wing media said it, it must be true. While he did enter the US illegally when he was 16, the allegations that he was a member of MS13 are based almost entirely on a single police report which was written by a cop who was later terminated for misconduct. As far as the allegations of spousal abuse are concerned his wife explained he really didn't abuse her and unlike the former spouses of Donald Trump and Pete Hegseth who previously made allegations of spousal abuse she didn't retract her previous allegations because she was bound by NDAs the violation of which could have resulted in significant adverse financial consequences.

I would accept this being over, if everyone would just agree on who is empowered to decide if he was a gang member thug who deserved deportation. But for some reason this question keeps getting ignored.

So I’ll ask again: who should decide if a person deserves deportation and imprisonment?

They won't answer. They'll just continue to post he was a bad a guy as if that justifies him not getting due process.

It's been answered. Just find someone with average at best Photoshop skills and when Dear Leader and the MAGA Court of Public Opinion finds you guilty, it's off you go!

Believe the word is delusional...as in I won that election delusional. Not sure they care. As much as they squawked about Biden issues they ignore those of their orange god

I never would have thought Trump would think the letters/numbers pasted onto the photo were actual tattoos yet here we are.

I believe there are numerous incidents and also witnesses tying Garcia to MS-13. I think you are referring to the Maryland Home Depot incident. There is also the Tennessee incident and other things tying him to MS-13. His wife even said he was a gang member before walking it back with her lies. No way the allegations that he was a member of MS13 are based on a single police report. Hell I think 2 judges even ruled he was a MS-13 member if I'm not mistaken.

Effectively, this is basically their answer, but obviously they can’t really think this explicitly. But the lack of response has been so total that it is impossible to know for sure.

Secretary of State is an interesting answer, as this means that they would approve Hillary Clinton making such decisions as well.

Why even that? Being in a gang isn't a crime in of itself, and you as our resident "tribalism" theorist, probably understands that any "tribal" acting group of people could be labeled a violent/criminal/problematic criminal gang by those determined to do so.

Oh I agree. I didn’t intend to limit that sentence to gang member, but instead trying to adopt 51’s characterization of him as a gang-member-thug-wife-beater etc. The key was the end: who decides whether someone is deserving of deportation? And this question still remains unaddressed.
