We are in year 10 of Trump being the dominant political figure in this country, and this is the 5th year of him being the president. This is more like ejaculating months after copulating, if this is your desired metaphor.
Who knew a president could change the direction of the economy for the worse so quickly? You guys gave Biden blame for the inflation that came in the 2ND MONTH of his administration. No one disputes the current financial meltdown is all tied to Trump. You just think we should wait to see if dumb ideas magically turn into good ones. Not my vote. Maybe edit this grossness and I will too? Yuck.
Reagan took the economy into a deep recession in his first term, before ushering in a historic expansion. Our economy--blame aside--is a categorically unsustainable debt fueled bubble. Either we let the air out ourselves, or ride that trajectory to a catastrophic bursting of the balloon. You know damn well it is unsustainable. At lease one side of the aisle recognizes this, and is attempting to pursue meaningful change. (...and it's not the Chicom Puppet Party side, as the Chicoms are goading us to the explosion, and rooting heartily for it).
He was stifled and sabotaged through his entire first term--though admittedly, he seemed to be following the same debt fueling strategy as his predecessors, and only tweaking bits here and there. He seems to be pursuing a much bolder course of action this go around, with DOGE, the Tariffs, and enticing companies to invest and move their manufacturing stateside. Maybe not the magic bullet, I don't know, but it's at least meaningful deviation from the prior, undeniably down-bound trajectory. I welcome the substantial change.
Ridiculous. If you don’t like your house mortgage then move to a cheaper house. You don’t set fire to the neighborhood. And we are exploiting China. Not the other way around genius. We benefit from their low wage workers and environmental tolerance for shit. Makes our stuff cheap and we don’t suffer for it.
What did Reagan do to "take the economy into a deep recession"? The economy was heading into a deep recession, whether Reagan wanted it to or not. He started taking measures to correct the problem, but it took time for the economy to turn around. Unlike Trump, who clearly cratered a high-functioning economy with his tariffs. What was the inflation rate when Trump took office? Sounds like it was quite sustainable. How is destroying the economy "meaningful change"? It might be time to grow up from all of the Chicom obsession. You seem like you are over 20 years old.
More like taking flomax, ejaculating into the bladder and pissing away any progress. In the end, everyone is dissatisfied.
Bad news, Democrats. Your party has never been more unpopular Dems sum real popular folk... LMAO! d'Okay.
We're paying >1 Trillion dollars PER @#$%& YEAR, just to service the @#"%& debt. Dummyrat *solution* to this *non-problem*? "Let's borrow MORE!!!" "Let's borrow more, to pay our debt!! Totally sustainable my dudes!!! Ad infinitum, bc.... inflation, yo!" LOL(osers)!
I changed my party affiliation to Democrat in prior to the 2016 election when it became clear that Trump was going to be the Republican nominee and if I were surveyed I'd also say I have a negative view of the Democratic party. They kept Biden propped up too long and botched what should have been a layup of an election. I think the real question here is how many Democrats are willing to be critical of their own party vs how many Republicans are willing to be critical of their own party? I'd much rather belong to a party that's willing to admit mistakes and try to fix them (like with forcing Biden to withdraw, even if that came much, much too late). Republicans have yet to show any semblance of self-reflection when it comes to Trump.
You know what will lower that? Increasing bond yields by lowering demand for dollar-denominated assets. Wait...nope, that doesn't work. Got any other bright ideas?
Except that Trump is the GOP reaction to decades of being lied to by our own candies. Decades of candies campaigning on conservatism, and legislating like drunken sailors and selling out. Trump is far from perfect, but he's bold enough to pursue real change. Swapping Doh! Biden out for sKamala was nothing more than desperation blowing up in their faces (Doh! was looking like a sure loser, and sKamala was never intended to be the replacement--that was Doh! Biden screwing the party back for hanging his ass out to dry. Barry and Pelosi were hoping for some other puppet to create distance bt Doh!'s disastrous presidency--alas, the ol' geezer('s wife) pulled an epic fast one on the dems...lol!).
Bc covid 19 never happened, right? Anyway, Trump 1.0 was looking a lot like his predecessors. Trump 2.0 looking like nothing we've ever seen. Lots of upside here. But ysll keep on chasing yesterday, like it's coming back tomorrow... LOL(osers)!
