We have dev aframe for a decent team. We need some more game changers like DJ . A truly elite oline or two, our lbs may be legit in the future, pass rush, a saftey that plays center field like willie Mayes and crushes wr's, a dt that disrupts the middle.... we just dont have guys tgat have to be gameplanned around. It only takes a couple to change everything
Yesterday may have been the start of some front seven playmakers stepping up; we'll see. A lot of young talent getting to play. I don't see an issue on the oline. The 2023 HS OL class is playing and playing well. If Harris isn't elite for a true SO, I don't know who whould be.
Our line is pretty good, thats not what im saying. We need elite guys, game changers is what im saying. Players tgat the other team has to change their gameplan to account for. DJ is that kind of player and we need more. We had seven sacks from a complete defensive effort, not because noone can block Lawrence Taylor.
