WTH? I have not listened to the video, but apparently it is widespread and seem coordinated. My first thought was AI Russian bots. But no mention. There has to be some coordination if so many post similar thoughts simultaneously about a manifesto over 2 decades old at the same time. No idea what this means if it is real.
I have no idea what we do to other countries in this respect. But our enemies have clearly figured out the most successful way to attack us is through social media propaganda. It's pretty wild
I've seen some people look into this, but from what I can tell, the main reason its "viral" is someone concern tweeted about it going viral. Personally, I think there are a lot of people that cant deal with the idea that the American government's violent actions and policy choices inspire terrorism and backlash, and have to blame something like Tik Tok brainwashing to make themselves better. Ditto Israel's actions.
Hard to imagine it's organic and also hard to imagine that all these "readers" of the letter are actually on board with everything in the letter. You know, the parts like "kill all the infidels" - which, in case you need some help translating - you're an infidel, tik-tok-er.
Interesting. Looks like the tweet really picked up the virality. Although it was out there in 1000s already
Good lord. I just read OBL's letter. Sounds like it was written by a rich girl at Smith college 1/2 way through her 1st semester in a Sociology class taught by a rich girl 1/2 through her 1st semester in a Sociology class. recursive rich kid savior syndrome (RRKSS).
