Uhhh .... I'm saying it looks like he's lying ... where did I say "no one ever lies"? Stop making up dumb shit, it makes you look dishonest. Here is a whole USA Today article that outlines the multiple times he made verifiably made "false statements" during the investigation -- something innocent people don't normally do -- but that's the guy you find credible and think she is just lying to make him "look bad" ... I'm sure you won't read this, though, because you've already decided "if the man says she wanted it, it must be true". Jameis Winston would love to have a friend like you. Mich. State's Mel Tucker made false claims in sexual harassment case (usatoday.com)
I already said that article was basically written by her lawyer. But good try. i see you aren't posting Tucker's response. Wonder why...
Then you elaborate. What's his really convincing response -- that makes you overlook all the verifiable lies and changes in his story he told during the investigation, and the evidence that woman has provided -- that has convinced you he's the pillar of truth in all this? You're not just going say he "admitted" it was consensual, again, are you? You are, aren't you... it seems to be all you have.
Nope, you said you read it. At least try to not look bad when obviously you didn't read it. Read it and get back to me.
Setting the standard at nick Saban is apples to beef jerky. Saban might have bought himself a wee wider margin of error with a cache of good will like 6 nattys deep. ....and even he would have to publicly eat shit if not fired with these facts.
Read what? The USA Today article? Says he lied about where the phone call was made from, he lied about his reason for cancelling her 4th campus visit, he lied saying she was being investigated for faking her past gang rape, he claims to have secret informants who fed him info about her, but wouldn’t disclose their names to the investigators. After being rejected for months, His laughable explanation is that he called her past midnight — was like, “ wanna do phone sex?” And she was like “I guess one time will be okay”…. Does that really sound like the woman who sent the “we are just friends” texts? The fact that you buy this explanation is embarrassing … As far as I can, that, and bunch of verified lies, is his response…. What am I missing?
No idea what would happen to Napier. My guess is UF would probably let him go. Don't think it would've happened to Meyer or Spurrier at UF though. Think it would take more damning evidence. Let's see what the text messages say before saying 100% one way or the other what actually happened.
Which post did I say that? I don't even know what you are talking about. His response, which literally is nothing more than "she wanted it" is already discussed. If there is more to his response that I'm missing, why don't you post it? This is the third time I've asked. Post it or shut up.
Oh wait, I think I found what you are talking about ... his lawyer published a 25 response letter a couple days ago. Funny that upthread you accused the USA Today article of being written by her lawyers, even though I don't see where lawyer is even quoted, but now want to trot out his lawyer's letter ... hypocrite much? But anyway, I found the key part ... and I was right, his lawyer's response is basically "she wanted it" ... or to be more specific, him jerking off on the phone was welcomed and with her consent ... Claim: “In late November of 2022, the Vendor alleged that you violated the University’s Relationship Violence and Sexual Misconduct and Title IXPolicy [(‘RVSM’)]. The Vendor, an activist against sexual violence and a gang rape survivor, specifically alleged that you made unwelcome sexual advances towards her and masturbated on a phone call with her without her consent.” Lawyer's Response: "This is not a “fact.” Calling Ms. Tracy’s allegations against Tucker a so-called “undisputed fact” is ridiculous. Tucker has unequivocally denied making “unwelcome sexual advances” toward Ms. Tracy and masturbating “without her consent.” The University’s treatment of Ms. Tracy’s complaint as undisputed presumes guilt, violating the RVSM, and renders the purpose of a hearing utterly meaningless and a mockery of the process."
Hmmmm ... I said I had posted his response, as I had seen it discussed in the USA Today article, and as you yourself had referenced it ... not that I read his lawyers 25 page letter. You just exposed yourself, 100%, as a liar. Good job.
See, that wasn't so hard. I had no idea you were talking about some specific document his agent released. Here is the key part we have been discussing, the part related to how he viewed the "phone sex" incident: The investigator concluded they had a "personal relationship" ... which could mean anything ... friends? ... but not specifically a "romantic relationship" or "sexual relationship" ... and whatever happened on the phone that night, she consented (i.e. "she wanted it"). Thanks for posting that and backing me up on this. I appreciate it. BTW, It's also shows his mentality to note that the investigation itself was "devastating to his family" ... not the part about him lusting after another woman and jerking off on the phone with her. It's someone else's fault that his family is devastated. Nice guy you are going to bat for.
