absolutely nothing dishonest by the headline or the post. Perhaps you should read the entire post. My post is about the optics. Are you suggesting that the optics look good where all of the white people gets set free and the only black person in the group stays in jail? I don’t care what he allegedly did, the optics are bad. And the judge denied bail because he was a flight risk, not because of the crime he allegedly committed. There’s no mention in the article about him having any physical contact with an FBI agent.
Wrong…. The judge specifically mentioned his previous crimes as factor in denying his bond. Also, the reason why you are not aware of his assault on an FBI agent is becasue you read Fox News… every other article I’ve seen mentions this Trumpster “body slammed” an FBI agent.
I wasn't kidding. That's what he's charged with, which the judge cited for flight risk. The charges say he literally body-slammed a special FBI agent who was serving him the RICO indictment.
Then, don't say the Judge is a racist. And don't imply it with sa meme like this. This defendant has pending charges for violence against law enforcement officials and an affidavit was offered at his first appearance hearing. And, there is another African American Defendant who was granted bond. Any lawyer who wasn't trolling the board should know better.
