Idk man, I’m really digging having elite WR again…..maybe I’m just used to elite DBs lol. I want both equally! I do have more faith in BG to coach the WR up tho meaning we could get by with less talent imo
There is plenty of time for the dust to settle with high schoolers and transfer portalers. I want them both and not at the expense of either one.
We took a lot of mediocre talent or that our staff can't get the guys up to speed. What else is there? It's crazy to me that we haven't produced three other ready-to-play CBs out of the past two cycles. I realize that our 2021 class needs some time to develop. But we fired two secondary coaches. Why? Beats me but talk of recruiting HS talent means we are two seasons away from having the secondary we should have now and if we still need guys from the portal then I hope never to hear the "we do our own evaluations" nonsense ever from this staff. Having said all that, yesterday's second half team effort was pretty impressive. CDM just needs to get Grantham's defense firing on all cylinders in the first half.

It's why you keep signing them. Yes, MM is a safety and should not be judged on one play. He is a good talent that needs to play.
Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I was under the impression that Graham was primarily recruited as a kick return specialist.
The issue with McDaniel isn't just one play, he has been beaten in most of the games so far this season if not in all of the games.
