The Florida Gators women’s basketball team edged LSU, 77-72, for its first SEC win of the season on Sunday afternoon in the O’Connell Center.
The Gators were led in scoring by junior guard Jaterra Bonds’ 19 points but also saw strong performances from senior forward Jennifer George (15 points) and sophomore Kayla Lewis (10 points).
