GatorCountry brings you a look at this weekend’s visitors list for the Florida Gators.

IMG crew visiting Florida

IMG is once again loaded with prospects on its team this year and on Saturday many prospects from IMG are expected to visit Gainesville for the scrimmage.

Here are the prospects from IMG that have confirmed that they will be on campus this weekend.

Quarterback David Baldwin picked up an offer from Florida when Dan Mullen arrived and the west coast native will be on campus for the first time.

Former Gators linebacker/defensive back commit Jaleel McRae will be on campus for the first time under the new coaching staff. McRae made the move to IMG this year and the Gators are a team that the prospect is still high on.

Running backs Trey Sanders and Noah Cain are both considered top prospects and are scheduled to join the team in Gainesville. Sanders is a guy that is very high on Florida as his older brother Umstead Sanders just accepted a preferred walk-on spot with the Gators.

Offensive linemen Dontae Lucas and Deyavie Hammond are also scheduled to be in town. This will make the first trip to town under Mullen but both have been on campus before. Lucas just recently named a top eight that included the Gators.

Joining those guys will be a slew of 2020 prospects that included defensive back Briton Allen and defensive end commit Josh Griffis. Griffis has been on campus multiple times this spring.

Defensive linemen visiting

This year is a big year for recruiting defensive line as the Gators are in contention for many top prospects at the position and two are scheduled to be on campus this weekend.

Defensive end Nathan Pickering will make the trip from Mississippi and visit Gainesville on Friday and Saturday. Pickering has a relationship with Mullen and Todd Grantham from their days at Mississippi State. Pickering has been looking forward to visiting Gainesville.

Defensive end Derick Hunter is making Gainesville a second home this spring as he will be on campus for the third time this spring. Hunter is high on Florida and has a really solid relationship with defensive line coach Sal Sunseri.

Offensive lineman visiting

Joining the star studded visitors list this weekend is offensive lineman Warren McClendon who will make the trip from Georgia. McClendon likes Georgia and South Carolina early on but had the Gators in his latest cut. McClendon will meet the new staff for the first time this weekend.

Top quarterback visiting

Quarterback Jalon Jones was once committed to Dan Mullen at Mississippi State but decomitted when Mullen left Starkville. Jones is receiving a lot of interest from Virginia and Ohio State and likes those programs. Jones will be on campus in Gainesville for the first time and with him wanting to make a decision soon this visit is key.

Receiver commit visiting

Florida will not only host 2020 defensive end commit Josh Griffis but they will also host receiver commit Dionte Marks on campus. Marks has been on campus several times since committing this spring.
