    That is a pretty misleading subject line. Young did not come out firing, he merely said what Calipari is saying to his own players. He is really saying what the 2011 v. 2012 UK teams showed, it isn't that easy and the 2011 guys were so successful because they worked hard and played together.

    Why would you even post this with all of the crap that your coach spews from his lying, egotistical mouth. Pat is still a kid for all practical purposes. However, your coach's garbage about 40 and 0, about his kids not knowing when they play the best teams on their schedule, about the opposition's players wishing they could have played for UK and on and on and on is enough to make one retch.

    We obviously disagree on this. I'm not saying that anything he said was wrong or that I don't agree with him. I'm just saying that you are taking a stand that experience counts and now he needs to back it up and beat them! Or win the conference. I think we can.

    He didn't say anything wrong, he didn't say anything he has to back up. Put four NBA players around Pat and he would hold his own just fine.

    He was 100% correct in his thoughts.
    Patric Young doesn't need to prove chit to you or to anyone. He is an excellent human being, a hard worker, and a good basketball player. Is he the best? Obviously no, he doesn't need to be the best. But I would take 100 Patric Young's any day of the week and twice on Sunday before some of the players Cal recruits (see Cousins, Orton, and many others). Most KY players of the last few years nobody really knows because they leave so soon. Rent a team Cal. Patric is an exemplary student athlete, and makes the Gator nation proud.

    It pisses me off when Cousins is bashed or named in anything with Orton. Cousins continued going to class and left UK in good standing while Orton just left. Cousins took kids in need on a shopping spree and last month gave one million dollars to charity of course that never gets any pub.
