Brooklyn Decker’s Diet and Workout Tips
"Not too long ago, Brooklyn Decker talked about the crazy diets she followed to slim down and cure her insecurities. She now says that exercise is the one activity that makes her feel great and helps her stay in shape. The 25-year-old admits that she’s not the typical size zero model and that she has to put in extra effort to maintain her weight considering her curvier body.
“A lot of girls are like ‘I eat a cheeseburger, and I’m a size zero.’ Me? No way! I have to workout, and it’s part of my life and I love it,” she says.
The supermodel enjoys running, lifting weights, as well as practicing yoga, cardio and boxing, but she’s always open to trying out new activities to keep her body in top shape. She confesses that she works out 4 to 5 times a week, for about an hour and a half. Exercising regularly helps her maintain her figure, but also feel more confident about her body image.
“I’m a much happier person and a much better person to be around when I’m working out because it gets the endorphins going. You feel confident,” she explains.
On the other hand, she admits that she also has days when she’s too tired to go to the gym or exercise, but she tries to keep her schedule and workout at least four days a week. For women that are not fans of going to the gym but still want to exercise, she suggests hiking or going for walks in the city. Even if it’s not the typical workout, it still burns calories and keeps you in a good mood.
Brooklyn believes that in a world where women focus too much on their careers and their family, so little time is dedicated to oneself. She thinks women should reserve at least an hour a day for themselves to exercise because this makes them feel good and stay healthy.
In the same time, Brooklyn is also in control of what she eats. Her diet includes healthy snacks, like almonds, nuts, berries, hummus with carrots or any other vegetable. She believes snacks are very important because these keep her from getting hungry throughout the day.
“When you snack, it helps maintain your metabolism throughout the day. You don’t get hungry, and you fill your body with nutrients. There’s all sorts of things you can snack on that are yummy,” she says. “I carry around a Luna bar in my purse in case I get hungry and I don’t have time to grab something.”
Brooklyn also avoids salt and fried food."

now that is my idea of a Total Gym
... Why Andy retired. Lucky, lucky man. Had his agent call her agent after flipping thru SI SS issue. the rest is history.
Why can't I do that?
Andy Roddick gets all the work-out he'd ever want with her.
JAG, the two other fitness girls that I know on the last page, Amanda and Mary, both worked at the Tally Hooters years ago, Mary (the blond), most recently. Don't be surprised to see Mary in a LOT of fitness magazines in the future. She competed in the last Schwartzenegger Classic and she's a rising star in the fitness modeling field. The girl is also a total sweetheart, an Army brat, and a staunch Republican.
The first one, Amanda (dark haired), is a mom and a huge Gator fan.
Awesome Gray that you know some of these girls. I need to come over there and visit that Tally Hooters sometime. I would think the probability was very slim for anyone to have personally met any of the babes I've posted but that is pretty cool. I have to admit.
Now that is talent.
