I don't know(poorly, reasonably well, very well)? Are you saying you know the answer to the question you asked?

I don't know but if they over sign mostly top ranked, talented players it doesn't matter. If you only sign a few OL per class and lose one it matters a lot more. You disagree?

    "but how have they played?"

Maybe they lost an entire group or two of DL/OL.... I don't know, did they?

Your inaccurate assumptions aside, I'm a fan of signing as many players as our competition and having the same expectations of them.

Cool, it's all coaching next year.

Vanderbilt's only top 25 class since 2009 was 2013. Did we get beat by their FR? Ga Southern had something like 55(or fewer?) scholarship players. We played both teams at home. Is my perspective ridiculous?

vs Ga Southern our pass/rush was 122/157, all of 2012 146/188. Skyler threw for 2 TDs/0 ints. Yes there is a slight difference but you probably wouldn't say we lost because of 26 yards pass, 31 rush.

Nope, but often people say things that don't make sense. I'm happy to give Az the opportunity to tell me what I don't know about Bama's roster issues.

^ as expected you admit you dont know. Not saying that is a bad thing but it is reality. You dont know much about any of those teams rosters. That is why you are counting people who are kicked off the team or were never allowed to play because of medical reasons etc

There is a huge difference between Jeff and Skylar if you cant see that I dont know what to tell you. I dont think Johnson should have said it in public but he had a point when he said "Mornhinweg couldn't start at Buchholz (High School), in my opinion."

It is not Sklyar's fault either. He is doing the best he can with the tools he was born with.

And yes it is all about coaching next year the roster is fine

Concerning Mack Brown and the Texas job per one site:

"Now, sources close to the situation tell us a decision on Brown is likely to drag out for a few days. Most believe Brown won’t go willingly. In other words, if Texas wants to make a change, it could be ugly".

Notice "did say if we lost to Vandy Pease was gone" and "did say we would lose to Vandy" are not equivalent.

This is such a weird thing to ask or even to care about. I find it hilarious you think about me that much. But if I am wrong on something I have no problem admitting it. Since you care so much recently I said I didn't expect Mizzou to have the record they did this year.

It's also a lot easier to break in a new quarterback when you have good qb coaching, instead of just hoping they get better with experience which is our strategy.

Nothing about that implies thinking often about the subject, trying to widen the focus of a discussion to irrelevancies like that is not a sign of confidence.

prob the 4 people that do it. It is weird you are asking that question ;).

Could Saban win a title at Texas? Absolutely. But why leave Alabama? They will pay any amount to keep him. His recruiting is off the charts. He's already positioned himself as the best coach EVER. What honestly makes Texas a better job then Alabama?

Texas already has their pick of recruits. Not much to show for it. Gene Stallings has as many titles at Bama as Brown has in Texas.

Bama is the place to go to win titles. Texas is the place to make more money.

If Saban chooses the money, good for him. But Bama can hire pretty well with the dollars they offer with more tradition than Texas ever thought they had.

Starting the rumor, Spurrier to Bama...he said it was easy to win there. It is.

Follow the real money and it is not his coaching salary.

The man reason Texas is a better is it gives Saban the access to billonaries. There is a lot of money around the Texas program. Much more then in Bama.

You might think he is happy with 10 million year, but that is just not the case. Greed is an amazing force. Texas can set him up with REAL money. Hundreds of millions and a flow of money for his entire family for ever. He wont get a coaches salary for ever, but he has a chance to have a flow of money well past his death for all the ones he loves. That is a great deal!

Brown is NOT Saban. Saban is far more driven to get what he wants, not just what he needs.

Look, he might not even want to leave Alabama for Texas or anywhere else. But, do not kid yourself, if he does leave it is FOR THE MONEY!

Brown just wants to make the world dance.
    Forget about the price tag.
