    UConn--the 4-letter's home team
Wisky--pervasive Big 10 culture at the 4 letter
    Kentucky--the new Sparty

It's all good. We have the best coach and the best team.

And to agree with you further... some clown on one of CBS or ESPN said that he thinks UConn's coach is coaching the best right now. Granted, it's not the same thing as saying he's the best coach left, but still he and Calipari are getting the most coaching buzz.

Eh. No drama in saying the number 1 ranked and top seeded team is going to win out by 10 points. And even though UF is most likely to win it has got to be less than 50% chance making the doubters more right than wrong. There are tons of angles to play up why the only top seed left is likely to lose...

    1. Lost already to Wisky
    2. Lost already to Uconn
    3. Played UK 3 times and the last time were a UK slip and fall away from losing.

Going to be a fun weekend... But loooooooooong week.

ESPN's website has a video with Jay Williams, Seth Greenberg, Jay Bilas and Vitale picking the game. Williams picks UConn, the other three pick the Gators.

The media adores UConn. No doubt about that!

Our games have had the least entertainment value to the casual fan due to our rugged style and relatively comfortable wins with very little game ending theatrics. We have had a very workmanlike run through this tourney and that doesn't offer much drama. I am not usually a fan of off the court fluff pieces but I love the character makeup of our team and I wouldn't mind seeing that angle played up a little more nationaly since this really is a special bunch

Our games arent decided in the last minute, so we're not an exciting/competitive team... I guess we're just boring and im ok with that...

Don't worry, there is no chance we will be the focus this weekend. It's going to be entirely about Kentucky and their fabulous One and Dones and how they have redeemed themselves. There may be some talk about Shabazz Napier. Florida and Wisconsin are the boring teams and will hardly be mentioned.

Perfectly fine with me. Now, where are those Einsteins who picked Sparty?

    Right now on ESPN:

Expert Jay Williams, whoever he is, picks UConn, big. Gators have no chance and Scottie will be stuffed by the Huskies and useless.

And BABY, Dick Vitale, BABY, is a huge Wildcat and Calapari Fan, BABY! He gets messages from Cal, BABY! No use playing any Final 4 games, BABY, just give all the wins to UK, BABY! The BABY almost made me barf!

You seriously don't know who Jay Williams is? Let me help you out. He's the bone head that threw away 100+ million in NBA contracts because he decided to do tricks on his motorcycle.

One of my favorites: Oh He Steal:
