...IMHO, because the banking leadership and the political leadership are so incestuously tied together (same elite schools, same elite social circles) that prosecuting the banksters' fraud would be akin to cutting off the politicians' legs. Of course, I could be wrong, and they could just be incredibly incompetent as they leave office multi-millionaires on a salary of $150,000 annually. Hmmm...

Fair enough, 108. I copied this comment from HuffPo about the possible nomination of Larry Summers as President of the Fed:

As long as unlimited bribery (campaign donations) remains legal, Wall St. and other corporations will continue to do as they please with our government. Legalized unlimited bribery is the main cause of this country's major problems. If we want to solve any of those problems, legalized bribery has to be abolished.

All I want is for all parties in all states to have access to ballots and not just Dem/Rep.

Also, Jesse Ventura has a lot of good ideas about our system (in between his loony rants and conspiracy theories). One of the ideas was to take party affiliation off of the ballot so it would force more people to actually find out what a specific candidate is really about as far as policy goes.

If we could all get on board instead of listening to the two party talking heads we might have a chance at real hope and change, not the lip service we have been sold the last who knows how many elections.

Is what we have much different than the cast system of communism. You have to be in the party for the system to work for you. They keep the masses distracted with entertainment while the public is fleeced. Many go to DC with high ideals only to be seduced by the power and money membership in the elite provides. The holdouts who truly desire to make a difference are demonized and portrayed by the media as unstable nut cases.

The truth. Bankers run the government because they bought it, and run the most powerful agencies in washington to benefit their cronies, all with the blessing of the president.

I still think they found something on Justice Roberts. Who knows what web sites he surfs. Oh yeah, NSA does.

Does anybody think that this admin would be beyond using leverage to keep their legacy legislation alive?
