Will we have Humphries and Halapio back? ....so it would be Humphries, Moore, Harrison, Halapio and Garcia?

Or is DH hurt for the season? I know Chaz Green is out for the year, while that hurts I think we can manage

The way we lose OL men and the way we don't use WR we should carry 25 OL instead of 15 OL and reduce the number of WR we carry by 10. I think that would leave us with 5 WR which would be plenty. Sarcasm

In his post-game presser WM said he expected Halapio to be ready for UT.

As others have suggested, after seeing the penalties Moore was called for against UM we might be better off if he isn't back.

Seems our run & flub offense is hard on OL or am I wrong? Unless we have 15 OL ready to go the pound pound pound will and has taken its toll. We just finished our second game and now have injury issues.

the offensive line injuries---just bad luck or is the strength & conditioning system subject to question?

Will Matt Jones be 100% by UT or was he 100% against Miami and we just overrated summer practice performances? (He didn't show a ton last year other than a few carries vs. a worn out FSU defense) Should we start Mack and use Jones as more of a 3rd down change of pace back to take advantage of his pass catching and pass blocking skills?

He clearly didn't have all his strength and speed back. Probably not timing either.

    He'll get better.

Why did we keep giving him the ball then- Showers or Brown seemed like better options, or guys with big play potential like Herndon or even Taylor.

I need to go back and watch the game but it seem like he was close to breaking one like when Moore got that holding call. Have you gone back and watched the offensive plays?

Its bad. A month ago we were deep and this was supposed to be one of our best units. Now half the unit is on the sideline and we are shuffling guys around on the line like crazy.

Add that to the rest of the offensive woes:

QB - play has been inconsistent. No backups have any experience.
RB - starter seemingly not 100%. Backups have little experience, one is a walk-on, one is a defensive convert
TE - N/A. Does not exist. Another defensive convert as backup.
WR - by far our deepest most successful unit. Lots of production thus far and 2 star freshman have at least seen the field.

I thought this would be the year we put it all together, but now its looking more like this offense is very much still in the rebuilding mode.

Yes I do remember 2 or 3 plays that we were close to breaking open in the running game but we kept getting tripped up.

I was very impressed with Showers. Jones didn't look ready to play IMO (appeared really slow). Brown looked better than Jones and I would have liked to see our vaunted walk on with a few carries.

I did he had one close one, he missed a lot of cutback lanes this game.
