    To Labor Unions....SHOCKER!!!

    lol

A few weeks ago, I discussed the fact that labor unions have been increasingly vocal about their objections to certain provisions of the Affordable Care Act. Obamacare will “shatter not only our hard-earned health benefits, but destroy the foundation of the 40 hour work week that is the backbone of the American middle class,” wrote three labor leaders in July. Now, according to a report from InsideHealthPolicy, the Obama administration is considering offering insurance subsidies—intended for the uninsured—to labor union members who already have employer-sponsored coverage.

So now they will be "double" insured. GENIUS I TELL YA.

Me thinks that would be the final straw that brakes the camel's back. Republicans would bring funding to a standstill for Obamacare. A cruise missile guidance system may somehow fail and accidentally hit a golf course...in the DC area.

In my opinion there is nothing that Obama can do legally for he unions. at least in the matter that the OP suggested.
Cutting the Unions in on the subsidies was not in the version of the ACA that was passed a few years ago.

Also, cutting a deal in this matter runs counter to the equal protection under the law provision on the 14th Amendment.

I thought my statement was obviously tongue-in-cheek. I know that dud in the WH is getting away with a lot of $h!t he shouldn't be getting away with. I just hope it's all being noted by the Pubs in congress.
