Just like he shut down the entire country at the beginning of the pandemic?

She'll come back and correctly point out she didnt claim he was president but her post is still a lie.

    May 31st 2020:

"Protesting such brutality is right and necessary. It’s an utterly American response. But burning down communities and needless destruction is not. Violence that endangers lives is not. Violence that guts and shutters businesses that serve the community is not."

And yet it won’t hurt her at all at the polls. GOP voters openly enjoy being lied to to their faces.

Fort Mose is being reconstructed! A bit surprised this accurate history is being permitted

“One thing that’s enthusiasm-generating is that this is the history of Florida, and people are getting to understand that Florida settlements were older than the New England ones and the Virginia ones, older than the 13 colonies,” said Chip Storey, a historian and Fort Mose Historical Society board member.

They do some really cool reenactments there. Awesome that they are going to rebuild the fort.

He’s hit Rick - I mean rock - bottom. DeSantis signs bill deleting climate change mentions from Florida state law | CNN Politics
“As Florida copes with rising seas and record temperatures, lawmakers are going to exceptional lengths to delete many mentions of climate change from state laws in a new bill that Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis signed into law on Wednesday, according to his official X account.

“Florida rejects the designs of the left to weaken our energy grid, pursue a radical climate agenda, and promote foreign adversaries,” DeSantis said in a post on X, posting a graphic that said the law would protect the state from “green zealots.”

That DeSantis and his legislature passed such a law indicates a great many Floridians agree with them, Sadly, human history is replete with short-sighted and small-minded men who impeded progress. This is even more outrageous because our planet, for our descendants, is at stake.

    The "Rick" part.

To fill the void created by deleting references to climate change, the phrase "climatic coincidences" has been approved.

I really wish the dems were smart enough to fight back against this Arcadian movement by the radical right.....but I don't think they are. We're screwed.

So disappointing because this is one of the few areas where our Governor had not been that extreme and had been more civic-minded. No longer.

    DeSantistan beats Libtardia.

The former is 90% good, 10% bad. The latter 10% good, 90 bad.

Pardon me, but I'm not about to "throw the baby out of the bathwater" for that 10%.
