Is the Ol' Ball Coach going to put an epic beat down on us to help hasten the exit of our current coach? Will he show no mercy and would that be him being a true Gator?

I think he will RUTS on us. He cares about Gator nation and will accelerate the process.

He will ruts if he gets the chance. He'll hang half a hundred if the chance presents itself.

I'd be more pissed if he took pity on us and called off the dogs.

Maybe he could care less, but personally I think Spurrier is going to be absolutely disgusted when he sees it all in person.

Spurrier is more concerned about just winning this game and staying alive for the SEC East. He has the tiebreaker over Missouri. They just need to stay healthy so they have a reasonably decent chance against Bama, if they get that opportunity.

I don't see him trying to blow us out. If it happens, it will be due to how badly we implode and give them scoring opportunities.

He won't go out of his way to embarrass us and I'm sure that he could care less about our coaching controversy.

His "better" team lost to us last year. He just going to try and win the game.

I'm worried about Clowney coming in unblocked and killing Murphy.

If getting spanked by Vanderbilt for homecoming didn't do it, losing at Columbia ain't gonna either. I expect this game to be more competitive than most anticipate.

I might add that there is no animosity between Spurrier and Muschamp. Usually, something like that would motivate Spurrier to stick the knife in and twist. I don't see that happening.

Imagine this hypothetical post game press conference answer from Spurrier.

"Well, I've been hearing from my old friends on Swamp Gas that they need to get themselves a new coach. Figured I'd do my part to make that happen, so I called that triple reverse option pass when we got that 40 point lead. Worked great. Great ball play. Then I figured we'd bring Emory and Henry back for another shot. Shoot, was going to save that for Climpson, but Connor was begging for me to run that during that time out we took with two minutes left. Just couldn't resist...."

I'm starting to feel guilty watching these train wrecks. Hopefully there's another good game I can watch on the tube instead. At least I'll have a clear conscience afterwards.

I think Steve will take is easy as will Jimbo. WM is well liked and to be honest, not a single rival wants us to make a coaching change.

He'll feel sorry for and run the ball 50 times to shorten the game. Of course after 4 turnovers, we will still lose by 30.

I am a season ticket holder and will skip the last 3 games. I felt guilty, but it's not worth the effort. I will still watch on tv.

His offense probably will play it quite vanilla as they prepare for 9 and 1 Coastal Carolina the following week. Maybe they'll be caught looking ahead to that game.
