Patton on a jet-sweep!
He'll roll out to his right and run towards the sideline and throw it out of bounds, but he'll step out of bounds first for -7 yards.
then we'll challenge with Champ not even seeing the play because he was getting a sip of gatorade at the time. Only to lose the challenge and our first time out. Coach will still be starring at Driskel in disbelief as that was the only play they worked on all summer.
a tribute to Addazio. Dive dive dive!
LOL. And then when we lose the game, the PA will play "We are the Champions" for everyone.
WR reverse flea flicker pass.
LOL! Oh ye of little faith!
Let's get imaginative.....quick pitch back to Brown who sprints right, then pulls up and throws deep to......Oh wait......this is Florida.....run off tackle for 3 yards!
I don't know about the first play but the second will be our first extra point of the season. I wish.
I would really hate to rely on trickery on our first play from scrimmage. That wouldn't be a good sign.
my dream would be a bomb to robinson, but since he's not listed as a starter, doesnt look like it's a possibility
as others have said, it's probably going to be a power run with brown to set an early tone
That was my exact feeling on the flea-flicker to Thompson two years ago. I called a friend and said, "We are in trouble if we already need trick plays to score."
That analogy was perfectly relevant. I was saluting your cultural literacy with a song title by The Smiths.
Reverse to Burton.
Yeah I'd hate to see us use any trick plays.........
Pretty pathetic....I think a team should lose the game rather than resort to those ridiculous trick plays......I mean c'mon......that's the ONLY way you can win??? :awkward:
Get our x factor back in the mix quick --
That hurt when we lost Patton last year!
Pretty good. And to think the play call seemed like such a long shot
I liked this:
14:10 1st & 10, FLA16
Mack Brown rushed to the left for 4 yard gain
13:07 2nd & 6, FLA20
Mack Brown rushed to the left for 5 yard gain
12:55 3rd & 1, FLA25
Mack Brown rushed to the left for 6 yard gain
12:20 1st & 10, FLA31
Jeff Driskel rushed up the middle for 4 yard gain
11:40 2nd & 6, FLA35
Jeff Driskel passed to Trey Burton down the middle for 16 yard gain
Oh so close!!
