Mine is like an anti-routine. I have a 135 lb. barbell set up on the porch and a chinning bar over the bathroom door. Most days I get in a few pulls. When I go to the bathroom I'll do two or three pullups. I may do pushups now and again. Most days I'll take a 75 lb dumbbell and do a few goblet chair squats. Sometimes I'll do something like bear crawl to the bathroom and duckwalk back. Sometimes I'll do gorilla hangs on the chinning bar. Animal movements. Basically, it's the spirit moving me. Emphasis is on convenience and safety. I always do strict reps and nothing remotely close to failure. I still get in plenty of walking. And since my neighborhood is hilly I don't have to do a lot of it to get my wind up. Do a little mobility work when I feel like it.
