Great exercise. If done correctly it should have no effect on a herniated disc.
I know I'm convinced. Since adding the movement, sciatica-like symptoms are down sharply.
Can we at least scare people about prolonged sitting ? There have been a raft of studies to the effect. There are two new ones. One suggests that prolonged sitting is more harmful than smoking. Another shows that the ill effects of sitting can not be undone by an hour of vigorous exercise per day.
Meantime, we're living longer than ever.
Arguably, we are sitting more than ever too, so it can't be prolonged sitting.
That's a good point. We're sitting a lot more than we did, back in 1950 when we were burning hundreds of calories more at our jobs. Yet we're living a lot longer.
Duh... Scare them about not getting laid.
That is really the only reason I workout.
Well, if The Bachelor is any indication, women SAY they like a sense of humor, but they always choose the hunky, boring guy. So, keep working out!
