    It would be like watching one of those little tank fireworks you buy for your kids on the 4th of July. Light it and watch it move 2 inches with one spark, and than die out.

    How does that tub of goo keep getting jobs? Not only is he terrible at what he's supposed to be doing, but he's disgusting looking for someone that's supposed to be the face of the program. I know people that excel at what they do, and sometimes they have difficulties getting jobs that certainly don't pay millions of dollars a year.

    He's going to be fired rather quickly. The shakeup may buy him one more season in D1.

    Staff shake-up is always the last attempt of a head coach to extend his tenure another year or two. Weis is dead mank walking.
