That is the date some have been pointing to. Let's hope it holds true.

    Looking forward to Saturday.

    Fingers crossed.

Realistically I am not expecting LeBron as some have joked about. My expectations are more of a Donnell Harvey at this stage of his development.

We have needed a Chris Walker type against UT for a long time, this would be great and would allow Young to remain aggressive against there bigs

Let's all sit tight. I know Chris might be cleared, but not sure if I'm cleared to watch the game. I have my own cleaning house to deal with.

This would be great. Just enough time for him to get in the swing of things before the post-season.

Very exciting news if true, which it seems to be. When Pat gets into fail trouble, there is no other real replacement. Walker certainly fits the bill and will give the Gators a solid 15-20 when he rounds into shape.

If in fact he is cleared, which I have doubts about given the utter incompetence of the NCAA, you must realize that Billy D, who is very careful with a player's development, is not likely to toss a New Kid in against Tennessee's heavy duty front court for very long. Barring foul trouble up front, I would be extremely surprised to see more than 5 or at the most 10 minutes from a young man who has only been working with the team for a little over a month, and will likely only have available to him a small portion of the teamwork that the Gators use. However, as the season wears on, we should see more of him, too bad he couldn't have been released by the NCAA morons earlier

Ohh, and by the way, Donnel Harvey was the #1 prospect out of high school his senior year, yet it took him quite a while to get proficient as a backup center for Haslem. Expecting something like that from Walker is asking for a bit much. I am merely hoping, if he ever gets on the court, that he can do better thank Kurtz (who really is quite good, but athletically challenged against SEC forwards, which Walker won't be, but Walker lacks any experience - the game will seem very fast to him in his first game).

Tennessee will be my first Gator home game in a few years. Chris Walker's debut will make it that much more special
