    Yeah. I doubt that will be approved by Visa. Not sure I know a Visa card that would accept that charge. Maybe AMEX.

    Looking at it, I suspect it is the customer who just is a total credit receipt idiot, not a scam or anything. I look at a lot of these receipts, and I am not even sure that is the worst facepalm I have seen.

    AOL took that article from a thread on reddit. Pretty likely that it was a scam and the woman knew that by putting a ridiculous tip that the charges wouldn't be approved by Visa.
