    Should be a pretty competitive game since they'll be making cuts afterwards

    Beal and Parsons will be on the same team.

    First chance to see how Derrick Rose looks in a while.

    Be interested to see how Plumlee plays compared to Boogie Cousins, apparently Coach K is leaning toward Plumlee

    Paul George broken leg = nasty. Shades of Tyrone Prothro. Hate to see that ever, but especially in a Team USA scrimmage.

    I haven't seen it and refuse to watch it. Just terribly sickening. Not that you would want something like this to happen to anyone, but all the more with a kid as great as George.

    Well this isn't how I anticipated this thread going when I started it... Best of luck in recovering Paul

    Of notes on the actual game. The reports of Derrick Rose being back appear to be correct if he can just stay healthy. Parsons and Beal may not make the team (although George's injury helps their chances) they definitely belong with that group of players

    Parsons is a 3 and so is Durant. Not your fault obviously since you are just quoting.

    This is when we'll see how good coach Krieasgewebrwgwsjs really is. The only time we've ever lost in international competition has been when we didn't send our A guys, (the 80's, 2002, 2004).

    Oh wait, I almost forgot, we did send our A guys in 2006, but we lost to Greece because coach Kegsbyosajbrnw couldn't figure out to stop 2 slow players from running the pick and roll after they had already done it approximately 2563 times in a row. Literally, they ran the same play the entire game, and he couldn't figure out how to defend it.

    Thibs is coaching this year, so we'll actually play defense, though, and I imagine we'll win since we still have way more talent on the team than any other has. International talent has been slipping the last decade after the golden generation of the Gasols, Dirk, Ginobili, Parker, etc.
