Yeah, it's time for us to follow the less socialist countries of Denmark, Chile, Canada, New Zealand ... wait, what.

One more time... It's not our system of governance that is the problem it's the commies in charge of it that's the problem.

    Do you see that distinction?

And you still mentioned countries that have different system of governance.... to prove what? That that those said countries had nothing to do with what he said too? I don't get what you meant by it?

Seriously? Read what he wrote - the complaints he had more specifically relate to the systems of governance the "more free" countries employ.

Interestingly every country ranked ahead of the US on the economic freedom index has some form of universal healthcare. Several of the countries have single-payer systems that go much further than Obamacare. Several of the countries also have a higher maximum marginal personal income tax rate than the US.

bear in mind that the website OP used for this is once again the ultra con PR machine of 'heritage.org'

yet even their ultra con spin commentary goes as follows from the article the OP referenced

I highlighted in Blue some items for consideration.

    1. O.3 point lower? yeah, that's a major change compared to other changes for both U.S. and other countries
    2. slowest recovery in 70 years. Yes, 70 years. That means slowest recovery since the great depression. Funny how it was 12 years of GOP that led to the Great Depression and 8 years of GOP led to the crash of at tail end of GWB admin. It is quite reasonable for a recovery to take a long time when GOP screwed things so badly in the 12 years leading up to the Great Depression and in the 8 years leading up to the tail end of the GWB admin.

looks like Heritage wants to repeat the same stuff that led to Great Depression and the GWB Recession.
