Personally, I think this is entirely too optimistic and I hope in fact that he waits another week or two before returning (at least Memphis or Fresno), but sounds as if Hill is progressing.

Not surprised, watching the replay it really didn't look too bad, he and Scotty penetrating with Frazier lurking at the 3 pt line will be ridiculous

It helps that this difficult stretch of upcoming games is offset by a week or more off between them.

Don't rush him back. But I agree having both Scottie and Kasey either rotating or playing together is exciting.

I'd rather lose to FSU, Uconn and Kansas than get Hill in too quickly. We could drop all these I mentioned and still easily make the tournament. If we can make it there with everyone including Walker and hopefully Harris we will be going deep in the tourney.

You and I have very different opinions on what constitutes "didn't look too bad."

That's what I was thinking. The only way that sprain could have looked worse was if his foot had been completely torn off.

Really, Crono? Was that necessary? My stomach turns every time I see it. Fortunately, he didn't come down to hard or it would have been a break.

Believe me, under no circumstances will he play before he is ready. This is Billy Donovan's team we are talking about her, not someone who thinks that winning is the only thing in the Universe.

Billy turns the guys over to the trainers and doctors. He is not going to play one of them before they are cleared.

I don't think anyone doubts that. But when a kid can convince the players he can play without much pain and when a kid is actually ready to play can be worlds apart. That's definitely been the case for Eli Carter.

They said during the game today that Hill practiced with the team before the game. Was not close to playing, but a good sign that he is back on the court in some fashion. Hope we get him back soon.

We need him back soon. Wilby had to play 38 minutes today.

I turned my ankles so many times playing ball that I can now stand with my ankles rolled like that. It's not always as bad as it looks. Depending on the person, that may only take a week or two to fully recover.

Maybe back for the KS game....maybe, but unlikely. Target return-Madison Square! It was a bad sprain-don't kid yourself! PICS don't lie in this case.

The HS basketball coach had his players walk around on their ankles like that during warmups.
