Ermon Lane has a nasty streak in him, and Quincy Wilson his a big kid as well, I'm glad we have both, hope we can get Scarlett as well, that kid can run the rock.
I have watched Sean white all summer and I can say he's a lot different in pads than he was without them. White looked very uncomfortable at times
Loved the pic six by Wilson. And then the chomp afterwards!
Not really meaningless, kids move around more than ever in high school sports.

Blame that lost on me but that will never happen again
Glad to see Lane step up and take responsibility but he needs to get healthy
We talkin' bout practice. Not a game. Not a game. We talkin' bout practice?
But he should be excited to play football and excited for a chance to shine and be excited to score touchdowns(Tebow)
Yep. Jumped off the screen last year when I watched him on TV.
Agreed, I still can't understand why analyst place so much emphasis on these 7 v 7 camps. Throwing without pads with no pass rush is so much different than a live game. There is a reason White wasn't highly ranked before the opening.
Being good at flag football don't mean squat on a tackle football field
Nike, Trent Dilfer, and the Elite 11 company do a great job of marketing this thing
The post-The Opening highlight show & the behind-the-scenes Elite 11 shows on ESPN were about as ridiculous as it gets in overblown self-importance.
Its a freaking combine & flag football contest
I think they're overblown, but they do show you some thing from the players. Competitiveness. Raw athleticism. Decision-making. Leadership.
A QB who does well at a 7-on-7 camp isn't necessarily great, but I'd rather have someone who excelled at one than someone who struggled.
I agree, they do have value and should have some weight on a ranking, but it seems the rankings place way to much emphasis on those type combines. A great QB will shine in everything not one or the other.
You guys do realize Sean White is still a mid/low 4 star recruit even after the opening? It is just another piece of the puzzle.
My personal thought on camps is you use them to confirm what you saw on tape. If you see something new you check back and look and see if you missed something on film the first time
